CLC BRANDING
ON THE ROAD!
The Claire-Louise Consultancy branding isn't just on the ipad and uniform, we designed some pretty cool vehicle branding too, and it looks snazzy - give us a wave if you see us out and about!
CLC WEBSITE LAUNCHES!
After many hours slaving away learning HOW to host a web site, connect to our domain, design a web site, and build it's content, learn abouts SSL's, SEO's and HTTPS... our web site is now live!! It's been an intense course in web design and management, but we're thrilled with the look. If inventories and EPCs take a lull, we know what Claire can start to offer as a service!
CLC APPPOINTS INVENTORYBASE TO HOST REPORTS
Award-winning inventory report platform InventoryBase have been appointed to host the Claire-Louise Consultancy reports! After many hours of extensive research, software trials, no stone has been left unturned in rigorously testing its responsiveness, and ability to incorporate critical features such as 360 camera footage, ability for all parties to view, comment and sign, and crucially, the ability to customise reports and tailor any report or risk assessment to the requirements of our clients.
Managing Director Claire Grundy said, “we are very excited to be working with InventoryBase, to utilise their sophisticated platform to host our reports and represent our client’s assets to this high standard”.
CLC ARE NOW TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEME ACCREDITED!
The TDS have provided a 9 hour CPD course, providing property professionals with invaluable training in tenancy deposit protection and tenancy deposit disputes.
The course features the lifecycle of a deposit, and how to confidently understand which deposit issues may be resolved and what kind of evidence you can rely on to save time and be more efficient should there be a dispute.
The course evaluates inventories / check-ins / mid-term visits and check-outs and an analysis of the process with best practice tips and practical guidance, the vocabulary and terminology to use when producing a report and a checklist of what to include and why each element is important, along with a focus on how check-in and check-out reports are used by an adjudicator when considering deposit deductions.

Managing Director Claire Grundy said, “this demonstrates our commitment to providing high calibre reports, which are TDS compliant and will ensure our clients are equipped with the appropriate evidence required should a dispute occur at any stage of the tenancy".
