Check-Out & Schedule of Condition

The condition in which your property is returned to you at the end of the tenancy will be carefully documented in our check-out report, which is a thorough check of the property at the end of the term, including cleanliness and any items that appear damaged or missing, using the in-going inventory to meticulously compare current contents and conditions to those noted in the original inventory.  This is carried out after the contract holder vacates the property

Using our attention to detail and award winning reporting software, we document the condition that the tenants have left the property in, and whether the condition is within acceptable guidelines of fair wear and tear, in an unbiased and professional report. This is accompanied by a 360° overview view of each room along with clear digital time and dated photographs to capture a visual record of what we have found and can be enlarged to view in closer detail within the report
